To have your school qualify as a GREEN High School, your team must complete an environmentally focused project.
Your project must:

Address one of the three categories:
-
Enhancing the environment
-
Communicating about the environment
-
Demonstrating the sustainable use of resources
-
Have a career component
-
Meet a minimum requirement of 30 project hours

Have had an impact on the larger school body or community
Each team will need to:

Register with ECO Canada
-
Submit project documentation
-
Submit an evaluation form
Register your school as soon as possible to participate in the program. To register, send an email to career.awareness@eco.ca with your teacher sponsor’s contact information.
Project documentation and evaluation forms are due by May 14, 2012 and can also be submitted to career.awareness@eco.ca.
