About the Awards
The Environmental Employer of the Year Awards recognizes employers within Canada’s environment industry for their commitment and dedication to HR excellence. It is also one of Canada’s only awards in which winning organizations are selected based on the feedback and scoring of those who are most impacted by a company’s HR initiatives—the employees.
Designed by HR experts and administered by ECO Canada, the engagement survey provides all award participants with valuable feedback regarding HR policies in six key areas.
