Many students are already concerned about, and interested in, environmental issues. To give students a better understanding of these issues and the potential employment opportunities that exist, ECO Canada created 19 lesson plans that are free to download.

The Environmental Career Awareness Lesson Plans bridge the gap between environmental education and career exploration. With these lesson plans, students can explore the practical application of course content in subjects such as science, environmental studies, business, career and life management, and entrepreneurship. What’s more, students will learn about resource management, conservation, environmental protection, health and safety, and communications and technology.
