Are you an environmental professional looking to:

• Gain recognition in the community and be seen as a role model?
• Give back to the community by educating youth about environmental careers?
• Assist students in transitioning into the environmental workforce?
• Promote your profession and the environmental sector as a viable career choice?
• Earn two credits toward maintaining your EP Certification (if you are EP certified)?   

Take part in the ECO Canada Speaker Program and begin educating students about environmental careers and the resources available to them.

Application Process:
 

Step 1: Download and fill out the application form below. Return your completed form along with an updated resume to career.awareness@eco.ca.

Step 2: Once your application is received, ECO Canada will contact you to review program expectations and clarify the next steps.

Step 3: Should ECO Canada receive a speaker request that is in your location and well-suited to your area of expertise, you will be contacted in advance. Depending on your availability, you will be given the opportunity to present to students.

Step 4: Prior to a scheduled presentation, ECO Canada will provide a PowerPoint template and walk you through the presentation. This template will include career related questions to guide you through your discussion.
