Compensation and benefits data is critical in HR planning. ECO Canada has developed the country's 1st compensation and benefits report for environmental occupations. Using this inaugural study as a platform, we are developing an online application that allows employers to receive salary and benefits data directly relevant to them in real time. The system is set to launch in late 2010.

ECO Canada's National Occupational Standards have been developed and refined over the past 8 years and are a precise reflection of the industry's needs. Incorporated into curriculum and serving as the basis for the Environmental Professional (EP) certification, all employers should review the standards and assure their staff are measured against these professional benchmarks.
