We need:

You will:

  • Take on developing your own client base while assisting the executive business development team
  • Learn to identify the specific needs of clients, departments and entire organizations and how R&G can provide solutions to meet those needs
  • Help us improve our customer service by brainstorming great ways to impress
  • Learn our business development and client initiation process so you can help us expand in markets
  • Represent the company and be our direct point of contact for customers and inquiries
  • Report to the senior team on customer relationships, forecasts and new potential clients
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customers
  • Help write and optimize proposals and pricing services
  • Participate in our own marketing initiatives and events
  • Be willing to put in time on the evenings and weekends to attend industry events and/or to socialize with our clients

  • Eco-minded, valuing sustainability and wanting to make the planet better
  • Eager to take on responsibilities and challenges and you want to grow into a management role
  • Easy going with a great sense of humour - but you're also disciplined, detail-oriented and you get things done quickly and efficiently

You have:

  • A post-secondary education
  • 1 - 3 years experience in a communications/advertising firm or a similar role (agency experience would make you a standout for this role)
  • A background or interest in STEM, cleantech, renewables or sustainability (or all of the above!)
