Cultural awareness refers to the sensitivity of the similarities and differences that exist between different cultures, and the use of this sensitivity in effective communication with members of another cultural group.

With approximately 620,100 Environmental workers, the Environmental workforce accounts for about 3.3% of the overall employment in Canada.
