Delivery Format: Sessions can be delivered in-person or virtually.  

Duration: Our standard workshop is six hours of instruction time but can be customized based on client’s desired learning outcomes.  

Cost: Workshop costs depend on facilitator rates for the topic or skills, session length, and the number of learners in session.

What is the course format? 

Currently, these courses are held in live, virtual sessions. The sessions will be interactive and meaningful, with group discussions, breakout activities, and more. Registration will also include personalized feedback, coaching, and group work. In-person sessions will resume in the future. 

How long do courses take? 

Courses vary in length. Please visit individual course pages for more information. 

What if I want to train on a topic that isn’t listed on the workshop calendar?  

ECO Canada offers opportunities for customized workshops to meet the learning needs of organizations and teams  request a custom workshop from ECO Canada on your desired topic. Additionally, we partner with other training institutions to support in workshop delivery. Please contact training@eco.ca for more information.   

What technology do I need to participate? 

For this course you will need access to a computer with webcam and microphone capabilities, an updated Google Chrome browser with browser settings allowing access to microphone, webcam, pop-ups, and VPN, Firewall, and Anti-Virus security settings that allow access to downloading desktop applications and webcam and microphone access. 

How will I be recognized once I have completed the course? 

You will receive a formal Certificate of Completion once you have completed all the required course topics. Select workshops also count towards professional development credits for EP Certification. Please visit individual course pages for more information.  

Is my registration fee refundable if I am unable to attend the session? 

Yes, cancellations made prior to 72 hours before the course start date will be fully refunded. We cannot process refunds for any cancellations made within 72 hours of the course start date. 

Do members receive a discount on registration? 

ECO+ Pro Members, EP Employer Members, and Certified EP Members receive a training discount on select eligible courses. Login to your ECO Account to access the discount code unique to your member profile.
