Marketing and Sales Specialist

Job Description:

CELA Technology, Vancouver based Augmented Reality start-up, is looking for an amazing, data-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to help expanding our clientele to meet the rapidly expanding AR-Commerce demands.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, as well as establish connections and rapports with footwear and headwear businesses local or internationally.

Responsibilities:

Cold call prospects in E-commerce industry and build up rapport.

Manage CRM and follow up hot leads

Marketing research of E-commerce products in depth and use data analysis to product the market potential.

Build and manage a marketing strategy that attracts a qualified audiences to our platform and outreach to online retailers and merchants

Able to working with external marketing or sale force to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaign.

Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers


Requirements:

Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers

Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions

Negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Some past experience or connections with E-commerce marketing are preferred

Knowledge and experiences in SAAS and subscription business is a plus

Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, MS office, G-suite

Time management and planning skills
